Trommel is a shaft-less Rotary Screen capable of segregating various types of input material. Segregation is, primarily, done on the basis of size. Multi fraction outputs can be taken from the Trommel using different sizes of screen. JAINUM – Trommels are uniquely designed with Two independent drives which are synchronized by using a Variable Frequency Drive. This results in better control over retention time inside the Trommel and provides uniform traction – lesser slippages, ensuring good life of tyre. Further, on-load starting is also much easier as compared to traditional drive.
